We are excited to have the opportunity in teaming and partnering with other NCDOT prequalified prime consultants, this will maximize our capacity to deliver required services to NCDOT. Our management team is composed of representatives of each discipline in the Right of Way acquisitions process in addition to technical and professional assistance provided by civil engineer and title attorneys.

Project Scope
Nehemiah USA, Inc. has teamed with Right of Way professionals, who have experienced with NCDOT Right of Way Projects. North Carolina Department of Transportation Right of Way Unit
Nehemiah USA, Inc. is qualified to perform asbestos inspections, lab analysis, asbestos abatement, lead paint inspection, lab analysis, lead paint abatement, hazardous mold inspection and mold abatement. In addition, Nehemiah USA will perform the complete clearing of said improvements.
My husband, Donald Evans (Nehemiah Builders, Inc., 2011 NCDOT BOWD HUB Contractor of the Year) and I have worked on several NCDOT open-end contracts over the years. We have over 15 years in providing our services to NCDOT throughout the state of North Carolina.
